Chocolate banana bread

Being a part of a YWAM community gives me the benefit of receiving food donations from time to time. With a pile of sad looking bananas sitting in the kitchen, I decided it was time for banana bread. Not just regular banana bread this time, but with the addition of chocolate.

I found this recipe at allrecipes.com. It seemed tested and tried, so I gave it a shot too. Like many others, I cut the sugar in half and the bananas I had were really large, so I thought two would be enough. It turned out great, so great that there is hardly any left now...

  2. In addition to food donation, we have fruit trees at YWAM Grimerud. And in addition to that, we get food-donations from other people´s fruit trees. I have been «flittig» and have pealed, pitted and frozen a lot of plums for us to make smoothies form for the rest of the year. You might be able to get some next time you come visit.
    My recipies is kinda «slump».
