"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world." James 1:27
This morning I flew to Bergen and the day has been spent at the kitchen table with my parents. It is good to be home.
What a home is can vary widely. Katie is an amazing young woman who lives in Uganda. She is a mommy of fourteen (14) girls, and everyone else calls her "mommy" as well, because she cares for all the children (and adults alike) who come within her reach. It is incredible to read stories from her home, and I think of how many times God tells us to take care of the weak and the poor. Katie literally does that every day! Some bloggers have weekly features recommending other bloggers and today this is mine for you: Kisses from Katie
No matter how many children, chairs or cups I have - I want to my home to be a good one!
