Savory apple scones

I had a few apples that were going bad, and decided to try a savory recipe this time:

Savory herbs and apple scones

Ingredients:
250g flour
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
30g cold butter
1/4 tsp dried rosemary
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp dried parsley
250g grated apple
2 dl milk

Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Add butter and crumble it with your hands.
Stir in the herbs and apple.
Work quickly as you add the milk, use a broad knife to mix it.

You can make one big scone, cut in pie pieces, or you can make smaller ones (makes about 12). Brush with milk and cook at 220C for 15-20 minutes.

Voila, very tasty!
Probably pairs well with cheese, and are best served warm.
