The holy week is upon us, and for those who find history fascinating, I can recommend this timeline, found via the blog on biblegateway.com. This week holds so many events and emotions, and the drama is well worth some study and meditation. Some people I know are going away for an Easter retreat at a beautiful castle. I think it would be great to do that, to get away from everything else and be able to focus and contemplate on what happened in Jerusalem 2000 years ago.

No, I havent heard of that. There sure is a lot that happened those days, so it makes sense that it is a day earlier.
