Danish memories

Two years ago I went on a team trip to Denmark
and brought back this recipe
Ingredients: sunflower seeds, flour, eggs, yeast, creme fraiche
and grated carrots!
Look at that face!
Add some healthy goodness
Some flour action
Mix it all up
Let them rest and grow for half an hour
The result: tasty carrot buns!

And the details:
50 g yeast
2 dl water
100 g fromage fraise
2 Tbs sugar
1 dl sunflower seeds
200 g carrots
1 tsp salt
4,5 dl flour (I used more though)

Mix the yeast with warm water, add the dairy (I actually used buttermilk, cause thats what I had, and it worked fine!), sugar, sunflower seeds, carrots and salt. Lastly, add enough flour to make a firm dough. Shape into ten buns, let them rise for 30 minutes before cooking at 200 C for 20 minutes or so - easy!

This is actually a rather quick project since it only calls for one round of rising dough, not too bad for these tasty things.
