Honeymooning in Greece: Athens

While we were away, I sent a little "postcard". Now I have more pictures from Athens and Voula, the area we stayed in. Athens is truly incredible, so many fascinating things to see. Voula not so much, except for the beaches and Glyfada, a fancy shopping area. However, it is a very quiet and safe place to live, but still not very far from the big city.

A postcard from Greece

I thought I could send a virtual postcard from Greece.  Athens is nice and on the picture you can see Hadrian's Arch. It was built 1882 years ago as a gateway between the old and new part of Athens.  This stuff seems to be scattered around every corner here,  so its pretty impressing. Also, the weather is great and the food is good - its just like a vacation should be.
